Healthy Back & Body Learn how develop spinal stability and maintain function. This program is designed to reduce pain and increase muscular strength and mobility. * Tier 1-3 is for all levels of stability and function. |
Athletic CORE A full body workout with emphasis on CORE muscles. Weights, bands, agility ladders, hurdles, medicine balls, stability balls and your bodyweight will be used to gain muscular strength and endurance. The class will close with yoga stretches and active stretching to enhance flexibility. * Tier 3 should be discussed with Paul or your Chiropractor prior to participation.
